Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with Italian Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return for store credit: return shipping is free of charge.
- Return for refund to original payment method: return shipping costs (€3.90) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Store credit: credited within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refund to original payment method: processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and verifying the return. Timing may vary depending on the customer's bank.
Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for items damaged by the customer, items missing original tags, or items not in their original condition.
